15' L-Rope Climb - 1 Ascent
5 Parralette Handstand Pushups
45Lbs Barbell,one-leg, overhead squat x 10



Calf stretch for 4 minutes per leg
- Trap foot against wall
- Squeeze Butt, knee straight, hip against wall
- 2 minutes straight knee, 2 minutes bent knee
- Improvise by moving knee side to side
