Established in 2006, Beyond the Whiteboard is the largest CrossFit Workout of the Day results tracking system and has recently recorded its one millionth workout result.  Using Beyond the Whiteboard you can track your progress over time and also measure yourself against the ten's of thousands of people who contribute results on a daily basis.  You can even setup your account in Beyond the Whiteboard to track your nutrition, weigh-ins, and even to post your workout results to facebook .
