CrossFit Schedule

Drop in format.  On the hour every hour.

Monday; Wednesday; Friday:
  6am; 7am; 8am; Noon; 4pm; 5pm; 6pm; 7pm  
Tuesday; Thursday:
Noon; 4pm; 5pm; 6pm; 7pm
Saturday:
  9am; 10am; 11am; Noon 
Sunday:
 
11am; Noon

Pricing

Option 1.  Become a member.  $120 a month on a six month contract with a 30 day cancellation policy.

Option 2.  Session purchase.  $298 for your first 20 sessions and then $199 thereafter.  Sessions expire after 3 months with an option for extension.

CrossFit Family Sundays

Every Sunday is family day at CrossFit Aurora. 

We invite you to come down and bring the kids between 11 am and 1 pm for some family fitness fun.  Sunday workouts are designed with the family in mind and we even have special family pricing available.  All ages are welcome!

About CrossFit Aurora

At CrossFit Aurora we are driven to deliver high quality fitness training, at the lowest possible cost, and to help you get results in the most efficient way possible.  We do this by providing our clients with coaches who are CrossFit certified, industry certified, and who are passionate fitness professionals.  Our pricing leads the industry and as a member you will enjoy the variety of training that CrossFit provides but also enjoy many other fitness options that our facility is able to provide.


Our CrossFit sessions are conducted on a drop-in basis.  We do not require you to have done any prerequisite classes or met any additional fitness criteria.  You simply show up for a session and we will coach you through the posted Workout of the Day.  When you are done, you are welcome to stay and use the facility to develop your skills and techniques under the guidance of a fully qualified CrossFit Coach.  Our approach gives you the ultimate flexibility for when you attend a CrossFit session.  We recognize that all of our clients lead busy and demanding lives and we have developed our Crossfit schedule to accommodate these factors.
